Lavender Fun Facts
It's no secret that Lavender is a huge favorite oil (although there are MANY runners up). Did you know that lavender flowering tops are harvested when in full bloom and during the hottest part of the day? Then they are steam distilled fresh to ensure a high ester content. Ester is what gives lavender essential oil its sedative, antispasmodic, anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties!
