Dryer sheets are terrible not only for you but also for your dryer. They have a coating on them that adheres to the heating elements in dryers and they do not work well. I use wool dryer balls and I can make my laundry smell of any type oil I choose. Smelly gym clothes = purification Uplifting = lemon clean sheets =lavender... so many choices. 4-5 dryer balls for a large load and be sure and put a metal diaper pin in 2 balls to help with static. Lower your drying time also to help with static as the balls help dry clothes faster.
