YL Essential Oil Lavender/ Lemon Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
1/2 cup butter melted
1 egg
8 drops YL Lemon vitality Oil
1/2 white chocolate morsels
1-2 drops Lavender vitality oil
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350
Have an ungreased cookie sheet ready to go
In mixing bowl combine cake mix, melted butter,egg and
lemon oil and mix.
Using your hands roll out golf ball sized rounds of the cake batter
place balls on cookie sheet 1" apart
sprinkle with sugar
Bake for 9 min
While baking place the white morsels in a microwave safe
bowl and microwave for 45 sec
Stir until completely melted and smooth- microwave
at 10 sec increments if needed
Add a drop of lavender vitality and taste add another
if needed
Remove cookies from the oven and allow them to
continue cooking on the cookie sheet for 5-6 minutes
Using your thumb gently press an indent in the
center of each cookie
Using a spoon add a tsp to each lemon cookie
allow to cool completely- best to cool them in fridge for an hour
store in tightly closed container
