SEAFOOD (lobster,crab,shrimp) macaroni
              & cheese 


Ingredients: 
1 Pound Penne Pasta or Large shell pasta   
3 Cups Whole Milk 
2 Cups Half & Half 
1 Tablespoon Butter 🧈 
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil  
¼ Cup Onion, (chopped)
1 drop thyme YLEO 
2 drops black pepper YLEO
2 drops lemon YLEO 
2 tablespoons old bay seasoning 
1 to 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, finely minced  
3 Level Tablespoons All Purpose Flour  
Salt and pepper, to taste 
3 Cups Gouda Cheese 🧀  , grate

3 Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese 🧀  grated 
1 Cup Gruyere Cheese 🧀 grated 
1 Pound Shrimp 🍤 , raw, deveined, tail removed 
½ to ¾ Pound Lobster 🦞 raw or pre-steamed, chopped into chunks 
½ to ¾ Pound Lump Crab 🦀 your choice  

Directions: 
Cook the pasta in a large pot with 3 Tablespoons of salt. 
In a large skillet melt the butter and olive oil together, add the onions and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes or until soft. Add and stir in the flour, cook for about 2 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and thyme, cook for another minute. Add all of the milk mixture and whisk until the sauce is smooth. Add the salt, pepper, Old Bay Seasoning, hot sauce, and Young Living Essential Oils to taste. Simmer for about 5 to 8 minutes. Add 5 cups of the grated cheeses to the sauce. 
In a large baking tray combine your dish with seafood  🦞 🍤 🦀 top with remaining cheese 🧀 

Bake covered with aluminum foil at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
